Pricing
Choice of negotiated hourly rate or one year subscription.
Frequency of work (monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually) can be mutually agreed upon between the two parties.
For a full implementation of a new tool, a statement of work (SOW) and project plan will be provided prior to contract execution.
Terms
Hourly rate work payment is due upon receipt of invoice immediately after completion and signoff of work.
Full one year (1) subscription payment is due upon contract execution. Monthly billing will be invoiced on the 15th of each month and due by the 1st of the next month.
Any additional expenses incurred not related to the scope of work will be billed separately.
If you require Content Management on a continual basis, but you do not have someone to designate as a FTE to maintain your content library, you can take advantage of our Content Management Support Plan. We can create and maintain a content library that can be standardized and reused for all of your employees from sales to SMEs to access “one source of truth.”
Some examples of our content management support services include the following:
Reviewing, editing, and sanitizing previously used content.
Updates and modernizing graphics to match your branding palette
Creating a new content library and/or updating a current content management tool already deployed by your company.
Working with your SMEs to keep technical information updated on bi-annual basis
Updating new fiscal year statistics (e.g., financials, organizational charts, etc.)
Create/build or update CV library.
Create/build a customer reference or past performance library.
