Enterprise Support Plan

Pricing

Unlimited number of proposals for a five (5) year subscription price.

Terms

Full five-year (5) subscription payment is due upon contract execution. )

Monthly billing will be invoiced on the 15th of each month and due by the 1st of the next month.

Any additional expenses (e.g., printing, shipping, online portal subscriptions) incurred not related to the scope of work will be billed separately.

Our Enterprise Support Plan is the most comprehensive package that allows you to outsource an expert professional bid and proposal management team without the need for HR people management, benefits costs, and ability to provide resources during vacation and holiday leaves.


Some examples of enterprise support services include the following: 


  • Any on-demand services as described above

  • One (1) opportunity assessment for each RFP solicitation to assist in determining a pursuit decision

  • One (1) bid strategy planning (win theming) session per RFP (remote/online – 1 hr.)

  • One (1) introductory proposal planning session per RFP (remote/online)

  • Four (4) quarterly bid management consulting and coaching/mentoring sessions for sales and SMEs on best practices for responding to RFPs.

  • Bid analysis and preparation 

  • Bid management and governance 

  • Bid review and quality assurance

  • Online portal submissions

  • Packaging, production, and shipping of hard copy proposals

  • Lessons learned workshops post submission

  • Development and feedback support for oral presentations and dry-run practices

  • Business analytics and metrics reports prepared for quarterly leadership business reviews

  • Updates to content management libraries and archives
