Select Support Plan

Pricing

Unlimited number of proposals for a three (3) year subscription price.

Terms

Full three-year (3) subscription payment is due upon contract execution.

Monthly billing will be invoiced on the 15th of each month and due by the 1st of the next month.

Any additional expenses incurred not related to the scope of work will be billed separately.

Our Selected Support Plan builds upon the standard support plan by adding consulting services around bid strategy, opportunity assessment, and coaching/mentoring for your sales and subject matter experts (SMEs). Additionally, this plan will include end-to-end robust bid management governance and project management and submission.


Some examples of selected support services include the following: 


  • Any on-demand services as described above

  • One (1) opportunity assessment for each RFP solicitation to assist in determining a pursuit decision

  • One (1) bid strategy planning (win theming) session per RFP (remote/online – 1 hr.)

  • One (1) introductory proposal planning session per RFP (remote/online)

  • Two (2) bid management consulting and coaching/mentoring sessions for sales and SMEs.

  • Bid analysis and preparation 

  • Bid management and governance 

  • Bid review and quality assurance

  • Online portal submissions

  • Packaging, production, and shipping of hard copy proposals
